Justin Bieber, Arcade Fire Win Webby Awards

Justin Bieber, Arcade Fire, Snoop Dogg and LL Cool J are among the winners of the 2011 Webby Awards, it was announced Tuesday (May 3).


Bieber won the People's Voice best comedy video award, for his takeover of FunnyorDie.com on April Fool's Day 2010. The humor website, which was founded by Will Ferrell and Adam McKay, walked away with eight Webbys, the most of any website this year.
